She Is Still A Competent Justice

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s recent health scares have touched off tremendous speculation about her future on America’s highest court.

In December 2018, Justice Ginsburg fractured several ribs in a fall. The injury lead to the discovery of lung cancer, and in the aftermath of surgery to remove the tumors, Ginsburg missed oral arguments on the Supreme Court for the first time.

Appointed by President Clinton in 1993 to replace retiring Justice Byron White, Ginsburg’s rulings have sided consistently with the Court’s liberal wing.

As American Patriot Daily continues our coverage of the most urgent issues facing our country, we are gathering the public’s opinion on Justice Ginsburg’s future on the Supreme Court.

Do you feel Justice Ginsburg should retire from the Supreme Court, or do you feel she can continue to perform her duties on our nation’s highest court?
